The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Norma Provencio Pichardo has joined Workplace Hollywood as the new Executive Director. Norma has been a key consultant to the organization in fundraising and organizational development for the past 4 years and brings a strong commitment to the mission and values of Workplace Hollywood. She was previously the Vice President, Western Region with the Emma L. Bowen Foundation for Minority Interests in Media and formerly the CFO with the Fulfillment Fund. Norma brings with her over 20 years experience in building partnerships as well as experience in the entertainment/media industry with fundraising, education, recruitment, internships, and mentoring. Her reputation is one of collaboration, innovation, and good-natured tenacity.
