Blog Post: Come Help Keep Lights On Afterschool

111 W. Lugonia Ave Music Changing Lives will join with the Afterschool Alliance in this year’s Lights On Afterschool, a nationwide series of rallies in support of afterschool programs, on October 22. To mark the occasion and to urge full funding for afterschool, supporters of will gather for Lights On Afterschool rallies in more than 7,500 communities. In all, one million Americans are expected to gather at events across the country to draw attention to the need for more afterschool programs. Music Changing Lives Lights On Afterschool event will be at 111 W. Lugonia Ave Redlands CA 92374 from 5pm-5:30pm MCL feels that by keeping the youth interested in education, we can encourage them to stay in school. Special guests will be announced. Music Changing Lives plans on serving over 125 youth in Redlands providing them a safe place to go after the school day ends. All community members are invited to attend. Afterschool programs keep kids safe, help working families and inspire learning.
