Congratulations to Brandon Lagao, Jobing.com of Orange County's own Industry Specialist, on his participation in the Non-Profit Entrepreneurship Conference.
While Brandon was pursuing his bachelors degree at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, he and a friend founded the Vanguard chapter of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE). Students in Free Enterprise is an international non-profit organization that works in partnership with business and higher education. SIFE mobilizes students to discover their own potential by creating economic opportunity for other through community outreach projects. Since 2006, VUSIFE has focused on teaching innovative techniques for achieving success through teamwork and truth in Orange County. Today, Brandon returned to his alma mater to team up with the Vanguard University Center for Women's Studies to host a Non-Profit Entrepreneurship Conference. It is this kind of leadership in the community that makes Jobing.com employees such a special breed. It is their willingness to continue to give back to not only their clients, but their community as well. Congratulations on a successful conference, Brandon, and thank you for all you do for Jobing and our community!

I was at the conference today and I also went to school with Brandon at VU. I remember when he asked me to sign a petition to start SIFE on campus and I really had no idea what he was doing at the time. But now I look back and I see that he and Christy were really onto something.
Thanks for the write up! Brandon really is making a difference and I'm glad that Jobing recognizes the importance of bringing change and hope to our communities.
