Jobing Description

Pathway Inc. is a Supportive Living/Community Integration Agency established in 1994. Pathway serves Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

We are currently looking for Direct Care/Support Staff to join our team. As a Direct Care Staff, you will be assisting Developmentally Disabled individuals in their homes with budgeting, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning and other duties not mentioned.

Skills / Requirements

  • 1 year experience working with Developmentally Disabled individuals preferred
  • Must have current driver's license
  • Social Security Card
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check
  • Current car insurance and registration
  • Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent (must show proof)
  • DMV Printout of driving history
  • Tuberculosis clearance (within the last year)
  • CPR and First Aid is a plus
