Job: Housekeeper City of Industry

Minimum requirements:
- 1 year recent experience with housekeeping work.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Must be flexible with schedule.
- Must be open to commute to City of Industry.

Will be cleaning office spaces and/or homes, either occupied or vacant.
Must be able to properly use small hand tools and work with cleaning solutions. Must be able to complete the physical tasks required of the job such as continuous walking, standing, moving objects, and climbing ladders. Must be okay with sweeping, wiping, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows.

Skills-Efficiency, attention to detail and a sense of urgency in completing job tasks is required. In addition the following skills are required. Ability to maintain a friendly and professional attitude with prospects and residents. Strong custom service skills.

Requirements- requires the ability to transport 30 lbs variable distances. the mobility and flexibility to use ladders access and work in confined spaces, and to clean and disinfect all areas of an apartment. Position also requires ability to work outdoors on a consistent basis.
