Job: Mental Health Social Worker

Counsel clients in dealing with mental and physical illness or problems associated with advanced age. Monitor and maintain records on clients¡¯ progress. Counsel family members on providing care and assistance to client. If necessary confer with physicians or psychologists about the clients and discuss about treatment plans. Supervise and direct other workers who provide services to clients or patients.
