Job: Building Maintenance Engineer

Skills Required:

Must be able to troubleshoot and repair water source heat pumps, cooling towers, calibrate and repair basic pneumatic controls. Must have an understanding of built up DX HVAC systems, VFD's, and energy management systems.

Basic Job Duties:

Must be able to work on plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Working familiarity is required with life safety systems, including fire protection systems, fire alarm systems, and emergency generator systems.

This on-site Building Maintenance Engineer position troubleshoots and maintains everything pertaining to buildings. Responds to all Tenant service calls and request and makes any necessary repairs or recommendations to the property manager.


Certifications Required:

EPA 608 Universal Certification

Education and/or Experience :
HVAC Certificate or equivalent

Language Skills:
English must be spoke to communicate with tenants

Computer Skills:
Must be able to use email and Microsoft Outlook
Other Qualifications:
EPA Section 608 Certification for using Refrigerants
