Jobing Description

Community Trainers work directly with clients who have developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. They provide support, assistance, training, supervision, and transportation in a community-based setting, as well as at OPARC's Resource Center in Upland.

Shift Days, Monday through Friday
Hours 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.(includes 1/2 hr. pd. lunch)

Skills / Requirements

H.S graduate and 3 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities or comparable field.

Specific experience with persons with behavioral issues strongly preferred.

Must have clear driving record and safe, reliable transportation, with proof of insurance.
