Customer Service

Employees will make outbound market research calls to ask questions and record answers. All questions are scripted and answers recorded in company’s data base.

You will be given the script of questions to read and provided with a list of phone numbers to call. Everyone you will be calling to survey has signed up and requested to be called (you will not be cold calling).

Must have basic computer skills and excellent clear phone/communication skills.

Free Training for the position is provided.

Work hours are flexible but most often have a start time between 1:00pm - 5:00pm and work until 9:00pm during the week. On weekends typically it is an 8 hour shift starting at 8:00 am on Saturday and 9:00 am on Sunday.

Pay rate : $9.00 per hour
