Location: California-Palmdale

Responsible for Production/Life Cycle Logistics Support (LCLS) Business Management support to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program. Responsibilities include: Management of F-35 Production and LCLS Planning personnel at El Segundo and Palmdale sites; focal point for all F-35 Production and LCLS business issues between Production/LCLS IPT Leaders and the F-35 Program Office and F-35 Business Management organizations; focal point for all F-35 Production Planning and F-35 Production Business Proposals coordination; focal point for all F-35 Production/LCLS Change Statement of Work requiring analysis, estimates and Program Office authorization; F-35 Production business focal point and member of the F-35 Tooling Change Control Board (TCCB); focal point for all F-35 Production/LCLS Control Account Manager (CAM) Earned Value Management System (EVMS) support (reporting, analysis, visibility, surveillance, etc.) and customer satisfaction.

Skills / Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, plus 15 years of experience with EVM/project control and scheduling/project management.Must have an advanced understanding and application of EVM policies/principles.Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of Cost, Schedule, and Financial reporting.Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills a must.
