A big component of the Pursue the Passion mission is understanding more about individual career paths. We believe the journey is as important as the destination. Finding a great job doesn’t happen overnight and it’s important to acknowledge all stages of the process. Most of us find ourselves asking similar questions at these different stages and the answer is different for everyone. Hall of Fame Quarterback Steve Young, Devon Harris of the original "Cool Runnings" Jamaican Bobsled Team, and Ezekial Sanchez of the Anasazi Foundation address the importance of mentorship and perseverance when pursuing ones goals.
