The Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services (CREAS) Senior Manager assists in the build out of the national practice across all services lines including Lease Audit, Site Selection & Incentives and Portfolio Optimization services. The CREAS Senior Manager focuses on client and practice development as well as cross practice and service line collaboration opportunities both with the firm and with external third parties and prospects.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Economics, Engineering or Government Relations or relevant field required
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Economics, Engineering or Government Relations or relevant field preferred

Experience:
- Ten (10) or more years of public or private sector real estate, accounting or professional service firm experience required
- Prior experience leading similar projects and case studies required
- Prior experience working with senior corporate executives, industry multipliers, industry trade and networking groups and global organizations required
- Prior experience with media and public relations on behalf of clients or technical industry publications required

Licenses/Certifications:
- CPA or Juris Doctorate preferred

Software:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite required
- Proficient in the use of research tools including but not limited to Co-Star, Loop Net and CCH preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong research and writing skills required
- Strong real estate, corporate executive and industry relationships required
- Strong real estate and technical tax knowledge base required
- Ability to travel extensively (more that 50% of work week) required
- Extensive client and relationship network required
- Ability to work within, develop and assist multi-disciplinary teams across the globe required
- Ability to demonstrate industry recognized expertise required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Capable of effectively managing a team of consulting professionals, and delegating work assignments as needed
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal personnel and clients required
- Ability to encourage a team environment on engagements, and contribute to the professional development of staff
- Ability to successfully interact, develop and maintain relationships with professionals at all levels both internal and external to the organization
