    The Product Marketing Manager works across different business units, product management teams and marketing strategy team to undertake the communication and promotion of new products and offerings. Establishes timelines for launch that aligns with the marketing plan, guide sales teams, develop messaging and market positioning around products and builds campaigns that generate interest and awareness. The marketing manager must be well versed across various disciplines in the marketing mix, from digital marketing to social, PR and conferences. Must stay abreast of changes in our services/products and informed about changes in the industry and marketing environment. This role collaborates with the VP of Marketing, marketing communication team and other business leaders in a matrix organization to ensure that products within the EVERSANA portfolio are promoted and generate the appropriate business results.

    • Develop product messaging that differentiates new products from others in the market
    • Communicate the value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
    • Plan and take part in the launch of new products and involve several different departments in such launches
    • Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
    • Promote the benefits of our services/products and the overall value of EVERSANA platform through the development of high-quality, compelling marketing communications strategies
    • Engage and inform a variety of prospect profiles in multiple global markets - with the ultimate goal of creating awareness and generating interest and demand for our services/products
    • Maintain key message consistency while showcasing our competitive differentiation to all target audiences
    • Collaborate with a growing multi-site Marketing & Communications team
    • Partner with internal teams team to bring product training and information to employees

    Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

    • Develop and implement a strategic marketing communications plan (short-term and long-term) to generate awareness and demand in the assigned business areas
    • Collaborate with leaders in the assigned business areas to align goals, priorities and calendars
    • Develop personas, identify prospects and their buying lifecycles and determine sequence of marketing tactics. Report on prospect actions and responses [to programs/tactics] that indicate interest in our services and readiness for sales hand-off
    • Liaise with a cross-functional team to create promotional content and materials to include website, social media, literature and other forms of communication, ensuring consistency to all branding guidelines
    • Create and deliver assets for multi-dimensional marketing mix – that include but not limited to emails, press releases, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, and social media content, and conferences/speaking presentations.
    • Identify existing and new messages/content needed to support marketing campaigns/tactics and assess its impact to improve campaign/communication effectiveness.
    • Map content to target customer based on their profile (wants/needs) and where they are within buying cycle (sequence content).
    • Collaborate in the development of sales tools- ensure sales has required tools to move clients through the buying cycle and knows how to use them (includes emails for prospecting, capabilities presentations, promotional pieces, etc).
    • Assist, as needed, internal communication counterparts and business leadership to inform and engage employees
    • All other duties as assigned.



    The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

    • Marketing experience within a service industry is essential; health and/or pharma experience is preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree required; Marketing, communication or related degree required 4+ years of marketing experience required
    • Experience with associate management/leadership
    • Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation system (Pardot, Eloqua, etc)
    • Experience with salesforce.com or other CRM
    • Experience crafting strategic content and using content management systems
    • Travel required approximately 15-25% of the time


    • Ability to build relationships with key internal customers, including executive leadership
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment managing multiple priorities
    • Knowledge of O365, SharePoint intranet platforms, marketing automation, social networks and other creative messaging venues, including video production
    • Ability to plan, manage and execute marketing plans for diverse audiences
    • Ability to take complex topics and communicate them effectively
    • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading abilities
