ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to support our existing Missile Systems contract at Naval Surface Warfare Division, Port Hueneme, CA (NSWC PHD) as an experienced Naval Missile Systems Engineering Technician . We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to government clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. 

Security Clearance:
  • Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.


Candidate will be responsible performing Fabrication, checkout, calibration and verification of Automated Test Equipment (ATE).  Generating Test Requirements Documents (TRD) and Special Processing Instructions (SPI) for various VLS components. Working closely with customer to determine requirements.

  • Ability to generate and maintain logs and operational records pertinent to the current mission tasking

  • Excellent electrical and electronic debug skills.

  • Mentoring junior team members and leading small project teams may be required from time to time

  • Knowledge of the application and operation of a wide variety of electrical measurement equipment such as DMMs and oscilloscopes

  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools

Experience Requirements:
  • Troubleshooting of electronic and/or mechanical systems experience is required

  • Working Knowledge of Windows environment

Educational Requirements:
  • High School Graduate/GED or Technical School Graduate

  • Junior college course work is a plus

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to travel 10%
