Position Summary:
The Account Representative – SPL is responsible for the day-to-day management of all client related tasks ranging from inventory control and reconciliation, system set-up and maintenance and client management.

Responsibilities:
• System set up and maintenance
o Part master loading
o Opening of FSL systemically
o Set up of client unique fields
o Input of client carrier options and account numbers
o Set up of all requested client alerts
o Set up of client specific Cycle Count (CC) database

• Inventory Control
o Facilitation of Cycle Counts and follow up with agents
o Scheduling and facilitation of full Physical Inventories (PI)
o Monitoring of CC and PI results
o Ensure accurate data entry of all CC and PI information
o Full reconciliation of any and all discrepancies arising from CC, PI or live order issues
o Facilitate changes to part attributes as requested
o Manage inventory reductions or expansions

• Oversight / ownership of all aspects of client relationship
o Creation of all Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) for assigned accounts
 Management of Client compliance - sending or creating them
o Monitor accounts in regards to timely receipt of inventory
 Work with receipt team as needed
o Point of Contact (POC) for all non-live order escalations
o Provide root cause/corrective action analysis as needed
 Work with various operational teams to develop
o Coordinate and drive recurring operational meetings
o Provide scheduled and ad hoc reporting
o Provide solutions to client and internal teams to increase performance and/or efficiency
o Partner with various operational teams to drive deliverables and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
o Ensure operational practices are in line with client specific Statement of Work (SOW) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
o Assist Sales in in set up and training of Client in the Netship portal
o Participate in Quarterly Business Review meetings
o POC for billing questions or discrepancies
o Prepare all manual billing as needed
o Ensure seamless onboarding for new accounts
 Work with necessary internal teams as needed
o Manage existing customer expansions and coordinate all activities
o Team with Field Operations to ensure all FSLs are trained in client specific SOPs
o Ensure monthly storage measurements and billing are timely and accurate
o POC for initial IT requests regarding client specific functionality or reports
o Schedule internal calls as needed to address issues or introduce new processes or deliverables


Requirements
• At least 1 year of Inventory Control Experience
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Preferences:
• A college degree is preferred.
