Northrop Grumman Information Systems Sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals to perform in the role of Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) supporting expanding SAP Programs at our Manhattan Beach, CA Facility. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect to the larger mission and strategy, while integrating into a work environment characterized by mutual respect, valuing differences and working in a culture of accountability and innovation with a team of employees motivated to perform to the highest levels. The successful candidate must have a complete understanding and experience with implementing the requirements of the Department of Defense (DoD) Manual, DoD Manual SAP Volumes and DoD security policies. The candidate will provide day-to-day security process execution and management for all aspects of program security to include (but not limited to): physical security, information security (including CPSO responsibilities related to RMF), counterintelligence (CI), investigations, operations security (OPSEC), personnel security clearance/access processing, classified material and media control, security education, and incoming/outgoing visits. To ensure program success the candidate must be able to work closely with government security counterparts, program managers, and other defense industry partners and have the ability to effectively interface with senior government officials. The candidate will be the primary interface with customers on security matters within SAP facilities.
Active Secret Clearance.
6 years of CPSO or related with Bachelors; or 4 years with Masters, experience in lieu of degree accepted; Experience to include Security or directly related.
Ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize activities in accomplishing objectives.
Self-starter requiring minimum supervision.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven office environment.
Ability to provide reasonable solutions to program management personnel.
Experience and/or training with JSIG/RMF.
Good presentation skills.
Experience with information management systems such as SIMS.
