Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking an Operations & Sustainment (O&S) Site Manager for a rotational OCONUS program.  The O&S Site Manager will lead a group of 30 employees and will direct all aspects of program operations and logistics.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Program management and leadership at various sites on a rotating basis
- Direct customer interface at all operating sites
- Senior Northrop Grumman representative at all operating sites
- Quality and mission assurance
- Standardized training of personnel
- Asset readiness and analysis
- Budgetary decisions
- Communication with Program Management and IPT leadership
- Complex and dynamic problem resolution
- Strategic plans development
- Contingency plans development
- Mobilization, deployment, and retrograde of program assets and personnel 
The selected candidate will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs and subsystems of major programs.  Acts as primary customer contact for program activities on site.  Monitors technical performance and provides IWO oversight. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems, and yields solutions.  Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree
-At least 7 years of combined experience in operational planning, aviation maintenance, or logistics support. 
-At least 3 years of experience managing large organizations (20 ) with multi-million dollar budgets.
-Experience managing highly technical projects which have delivered critical/complex hardware and/or capability to customers.
-Active DOD Top Secret/SCI clearance, in scope within 5 years.
-Ability to obtain and maintain special program access (SAP).
-Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed and up to 50% of travel.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM).
-At least 7 years of combined experience in operational planning, aviation maintenance, or logistics support.
-Military experience leading tactical and operational teams with increasing levels of responsibility, including recent (within the last 5 years) manned/unmanned system leadership and/or combat experience.
-Experience living and working in OCONUS locations.
-Ability to understand new technologies and help expand new business opportunities.
