Currently, we are seeking a talented Network Architect to join the Corporate Division in Newport Beach, CA. The Corporate Division supports the goals and initiatives of all other divisions throughout the company and its subsidiaries. These departments include: Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Corporate Development, Public Affairs, Safety & Security, Legal & Compliance.


The Network Architect will have extensive experience architecting, implementing, and administering network devices and technologies. With minimal oversight, this individual will create network architectures, roadmaps, and perform product evaluations, recommend technologies, implement new capabilities, create operational processes, and function as an escalation point for network and security administrators. They will ensure adherence to Information Security Office policies, mapping technical capabilities to relevant policies and overseeing the closure of security gaps. They will work with their team to oversee the network design and operation for the organization. They will be responsible for mentoring more junior engineers and administrators.

Additional responsibilities include:

•Design and oversee corporate network architecture spanning multiple sites and cloud providers.
•Configure, support, and maintain network and security infrastructure tools in compliance with security standards, following procedures and guidelines.
•Creating and maintaining documentation for design documents and operational procedures for new and existing services. 
•Presenting solutions and solution options to management and communicating and training other team members as required.
•Perform common operations including policy/rules changes; code upgrades; troubleshooting; research incidents and technical issues with vendors/partners
•Communicate with customers on service requests; provide timely status updates and reports
•Responds to service problem, change tickets, and ability to participate in scheduled on-call rotations for afterhours support.
•Ability to lead efforts, guide peers, offer advice, and train less experienced staff.
•Leads project efforts by defining requirements, design specifications, deployment plans, and provides progress status updates to management


•Candidates must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in operating, supporting, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex, multi-site, secure enterprise networks.
•Must possess a thorough understanding of current and next generation network capabilities and technologies, be able to articulate their value, and to create a plan for evolving legacy network segments.
•Comprehensive understanding of network automation and programmability.
•Act as Technical Lead for network projects and complex technical efforts, showing effective delegation and work management.
•Must have strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong documentation and presentation skills.
•Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, working proficiently both on their own and on collaborative team efforts.
•CCIE or equivalent advanced network certification
