____ Exceeding Guest Expectations-Providing services that are above and beyond for guest satisfaction and retention.

____Modeling Appropriate Behaviors-Serving as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.

____Making Decisions and Solving Problems-Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

____Provide a positive team environment for catering and sales support.

____Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure group and function arrangements are carried out as efficiently as possible.

____Promote a professional and positive image of the hotel at all times through personal appearance and demeanor.
____Effectively document account information and transactions in SalesPro.

____Respond promptly to all sales related inquiries and correspondence from customers, prospects, and lead referrals as directed by Director of Sales or Sales & Catering Managers.

____Trace accounts in SalesPro for follow up as appropriate.

____Promote all Pacifica managed hotels when appropriate.

____Respond promptly to requests for reports.

____Other duties as assigned by Director of Sales, Sales & Catering Managers and General Manager.

Supervisory Responsibility: None
Independent Judgement: Often, within the guidelines established by management and to the extent of operating within Pacifica Hotel Company’s policies and procedures.

Working Conditions/Environment: Access to entire exterior and interior of property. Indoors; various offices, function spaces, sleeping rooms, public areas. Outdoors; touring the property, walking to/from automobile. Driving on roads and highways. Carrying promotional material.
