Job Overview

Customer Loyalty Group (CLG) are responsible for Retaining Customers intending to cancel their services. You are responsible for addressing their concerns and ensuring their services remain active. CLG associates also conducts general billing inquiries, billing errors, consult package/program and basic tech support.

Must Haves

  • ? High School Diploma/GED required

  • Associate Degree preferred

  • 1+ years call center experience or customer related service preferred

  • Exemplary job history with Previous Employers
